Assembling:

By welding separated pieces of steels cut in strict compliance with the specs, the chassis of a machine is built to the exact balance and tolorance in the production.

In each of the asssembly procedure, technicians are requested to follow the standardized assembling methods.

Heavy machines shipment by sea suffers from seawater corrosion. Reliance has extensive knowledge in protecting the machine from being damaged.

Using anti-rust paper, we make sure the roll forming machines being shipped to you are in sound state and will function well.
