Warranty Policy

Reliance provides comprehensive afters-sale services and supports to satisfy our customers worldwide.

Every machine is covered with 1-year warranty. For any normal downtime or parts replacement within the 1-year warranty period, Reliance takes full responsibility for repairing machines and dealing with machine breakdowns.

(Notes: Reliance uses branded components for all machines. In case the components go wrong after the worranty period, you can also contact the suppliers directly for after-sales service.)
